The manager Jamie of the service department is super rude and unprofessional. While talking to him on the phone he just started talking to someone else in his office. Then to make matters worse he ignored me and unprofessional. While talking to him on the phone he just started talking to someone else in his office. Then to make matters worse he ignored me again when I went to speak to him in person. He turned his chair around, with his back facing me and proceeded to talk to a gentleman (who was clearly uncomfortable about the gesture). I have NEVER received such HORRIBLE customer service in my life! Not to mention they tried to charge me $2,500 to repair an issue that I just had fixed 6 months prior! Rich on the other hand was AWESOME! He was kind and attentive. He explained everything clearly and addressed all of my questions. Keep up the great work Rich! More

I love coming here for my maintenance and service needs. Peter in Quick Lane is a professional and very courteous all while doing his job as service writer. I live on the far east side South Shore right at Lake Michigan and I travel that far west to Oak Lawn to Hawk Ford. I love that when you have an appointment they get you right in. The customer lounge area is very comfortable and they have complimentary beverages as well as well stocked vending machines for a variety of snacks, drinks etc. So far they batting 1000 with me as a customer for my Ford Expedition Limited to keep it running in top form.
