I wish I had brought my car here before I spent $400 for a non existent problem. The rep at the front desk, at Ford, was very courteous. he listened to my description of the problem and the next day called a non existent problem. The rep at the front desk, at Ford, was very courteous. he listened to my description of the problem and the next day called with the fix which involved 3 parts. One part was covered under an extended warranty but the others were not. The rep took time to explain which part could affect the drive ability of the car and there was no pressure to fix both.
