My last visit was to get the works oil change. I received it from the manager on the previous visit for free (good faith) works oil change service. Because the service writer had not done the things I had asked him to do on my previous visit, such as tire rotation was missed, which is supposed to be included, and turning on the pid in forscan for my auto start feature which I installed a factory kit from another dealership online. So the manager gave me a free works package. So when I came in this time it was the same service writer and he started off with a comment of "I don't think we can rotate your tires because there is rust on your lugs. I said your joking right there is only surface rust, I got some aftermarket luggs and they were supposed to be good ones that don't rust, but as you know no one is held accountable anymore except me. He kind of laughed and said ok we will attempt it. At the time, there was absolutely no one in the oil change building. So I stood there and waited for about 30 minutes with no other vehicles or workers in the shop. Then the service writer noticed me watching this, and decided to go see what was going on and get someone to start working on my truck. They completed the works package with tire rotation. Then the service writer said your truck is all done here are your keys have a nice day. Then I said, do I get a receipt or some paperwork? He kind of squirmed a little bit and then printed something out after the guy next to him, told him to print me up a receipt for my records. Then I left and went home and when I went to put my paperwork in my file. I noticed that it wasn't my name or vehicle on the paperwork, but it was for a works oil change. He was acting very strange and now I think something shady was done. You might ask why I didn't bring this up sooner. And my response is I work 6 days a week from 8 in the morning until 6 to 8 in the evening. I dont have time, and It's not something I want to deal with in the little time that I have outside of work. Plus I knew I would just get another run around. More

I had to get an oil change and was told I needed other work done as well. Bill was so great. He helped me from the morning when I dropped off my car till the evening when I picked it up!
