Engine swap with some trouble I personally brought the car with check engine light on 3 weeks ago. 2 day later I learned that the car will need a new engine. I came in to get a loa I personally brought the car with check engine light on 3 weeks ago. 2 day later I learned that the car will need a new engine. I came in to get a loan car and to get some stuff from mine and I noticed the rear view mirror was just hanging from the windshield. I thought it was work related so I ignored it. Two weeks later I got a call that my car is ready. I came in only to see that the mirror is just laying on passenger seat. When I asked the service guys why, they told me that the mirror was hanging on wires when the car was towed to their dealership (which was a lie). When I told them that I drove the car to their place and the mirror was intact and installed to the windshield they just refused to listen. Here is when it gets more interesting. I have a dash cam installed in my car. Upon reviewing the footage with the service personnel it was clear that the mirror was mounted when I brought the car and their mechanic hit it with something and it fell off. Even then they tried to argue that it’s not their guy or they don’t recognize his voice (he started swearing when he broke my mirror). I told them to show me the footage from their cameras to track what was going on with my car from the moment I brought it. Next day they told me they will change the windshield (the one I had was apparently aftermarket) and reinstall the mirror. So they did and two day later I could pick my car up. My complain here is mainly for how I was treated by the service personnel but also for not cleaning up the mess they made. I found several glass pieces in my car, the front posts were all dirty, and they siliconed the windshield like it was the first time they were doing it. More

Friendly service and nice facility I went to this location for a recall on my truck. I was dreading going but ended up having a nice experience. I had to wait for my truck while it was being serviced. I encountered friendly staff when I went in. There was free WiFi which was great for doing some work while I waited. The restroom facilities were very clean and modern. There was coffee , a tv and vending machines in the waiting area which was GREAT. I was there for 4 hours and it honesty didn’t feel like I was there that long. While I hope I don’t receive another recall, if I do, I am definitely returning to this same location. More
