Good but one issue Good work and trustworthy. However they lost my keys for half a day and caused the repair duration an extra day. Also the people in the cashier office Good work and trustworthy. However they lost my keys for half a day and caused the repair duration an extra day. Also the people in the cashier office are not trained well enough. When I asked about Ford loyalty points the cashier did not know what I was talking about. I had a $1,400 repair and wanted to confirm I received loyalty points credit. We then waited for a manager to come out to inform me the program has been changed to an online App that I needed to add. This was a but of a pain since my phone doesn't have room for another app. I almost always use this dealership for buying new cars and my service, however I do believe their customer first service attitude has declined. I believe in Ford for 2 reasons; 1. Henry Ford invented the car. 2. Ford refused to take bailout money from the government during the recession after 2008. And their executives showed more pride than others. Let's get the people trained up and I'll keep going to this dealership. Thanks. More

When I called Hawk Ford I was told by Tod Maca that the repair is under drive train warranty. He had me come in Saturday morning. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way in a free loaner. Picked my car up on Tuesday. Running fine. This is a very professional and user friendly organization. More
