We continue to go back to Hawk because they have the best service department. I recently purchased a previously owned vehicle and after 2 weeks I realized the AC wasn't working properly. I called up and explained the situation. Paul in the service dept. got back to me right away and said they would take care of the AC issue. The weather in Chicago the past few weeks has had record breaking heat temps of 90° to 100°. Paul was very accommodating and scheduled my appointment for the next day. He even arranged for me to get a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be without a car. Less than 2 days later I got a call from Paul saying my Explorer was good to go. Once again, great experience with their service department. Paul and his team at Hawk are the best! More
