We had a very satisfying experience buying my new Honda Civic LX on Friday May 9. I negotiated via text and had VIN and written offer on a specific car. We agreed on a price and an exact car at 12:30. He gave me the time that it sold (noon) which was earlier in the day than I had been promised the car. Despite what they say, they are complete liars and don’t honor what they say and they blame someone else in the dealership. It’s a complete bait and switch operation by design. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!! More
