They claimed it was the best plan available but couldn't provide paperwork due to "computer issues" and said they'd email it (they never did). Just a few months later, the car overheated due to water pump issues. The warranty company only partially covered repairs, and when I called the dealership over 14 times for help, no one ever responded. Now I'm out over $1,000 in rentals, towing, and out-of-pocket fixes, plus the car has new problems like oil leaks. Avoid this place—total bait-and-switch on warranties and ghosting customers when things go wrong. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Nothing but problems dealing with these people More

I traveled from Milwaukee to Illinois and back using Uber and Lyft based on financing terms that were confirmed to me by text before my visit. After arriving, the deal changed completely.
