I went to this dealer at the recommendation of a friend who purchased a used car. I was excited as I walked into the dealership ready to make my first new car purchase. I did all the research and I knew who purchased a used car. I was excited as I walked into the dealership ready to make my first new car purchase. I did all the research and I knew what I was looking for. I looked up and saw some reviews about this dealer's reputation, but I am an objective person and I went in there with an open mind. I was greeted by a friendly staff person, but I asked to see Mike, since I had spoken to him on the phone. He informed me there were Honda Insights available, however, when I arrived there was only one 2011 available. Since it was a busy weekend, I figured a lot of people were buying cars, so I took this car out for a test drive. Mike just handed me the keys and told me to go ahead and drive it. I told him I had never test driven a car and he said he would just wait for me, didn't give me any instructions or provide more info about this hybrid vehicle. I drove it and loved it, and I returned ready to make a deal. He did not greet me so I walked over to his desk. I sat down and he just stared at me. I told him I liked the car and asked if he could tell me more information, maybe I overlooked something in my research. I thought he would walk me over to the car and show me all the features, however, he did not. All he told me was that it was a hybrid, it would save me gas money, etc. I asked him for the price, and questioned him on the APR. By this time, I felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied with our interaction. I felt he could have given me more info. about the car, and been more personable and open to answering questions. I walked in having every intention on walking out with a new car, but I left with a bad experience. I would not recommend this dealership to my friends or family. More
Brought my 2005 Odyssey in for recall regarding braking system seal kit. Engine light also on due to B-1 catalytic convertor. Repairs made and inspection revealed worn rear brake pads needed to be replaced system seal kit. Engine light also on due to B-1 catalytic convertor. Dealt on line with Mike A. E-mail their web site and got no hassle internet quote within an hour. Straight forward pricing with out any xx like some other local dealers. Came in on Saturday to pick up the car no surprises no games or bait and switch, just the price that we agreed on. It took about an hour to do the paper work and I drove off with my new Accord from Castle. They have free car washes as well and I been using it for few weeks now. More

Overall experience was outstanding. We made last minute changes in the vehicle, including the color, and they were accomodated in a very prompt and friendly manner. The car was ready when promised. Castle Honda is in an somewhat cheap looking building, but they do sell cars at decent prices. From my experience, I think their niche is selling late model used cars quickly at very low prices. The deal is, though, that they can sell them cheap only for a short time because they don't pay off the loans against the trade-ins right away, which saves them lotsa bucks. Mike told me first oil change is free then when I went to avail it said rudely they stopped doing it. I told them they had promised me when I had bough my car. A bunch of scammers here! Do not purchase your car at Castle Honda and especially do not take your car for any service issues here as well.
