Since 2-3 years faking repairs to sell parts I visit this service center since almost 12 years. But, I noticed that since last 2-3 years they are faking repairs to sell the parts from their parts I visit this service center since almost 12 years. But, I noticed that since last 2-3 years they are faking repairs to sell the parts from their parts department. Since some of the people are not knowledgeable with the auto repairs, they scare them bringing a part and says car can break down and create a mindset for people coming to service into replacing the parts. Sometimes I feel like they are pulling the parts themselves and says the parts are loose and needs new parts. Their service people, sales people are tied up into deceiving car owners. This place needs a undercover/secret inspection for best practices so future car owners are not effected. Their past practices were way better than current money minting practices to sell labor and parts. More

I cannot say enough good things about my sales person, Tony Chammas! From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by Tony til the minute I drove away in my new car, he was attentive, helpful, cheerful, and very respectful of my needs. I had identified a few HRVs on the internet that I wanted to look at, but Tony patiently walked me through the decision process to make sure it was the right car for me. I started the process Friday afternoon, when I took a test drive. There was no pressure when I asked to "sleep on it" before making a final decision. I came back on Saturday to wrap up the deal. Tony and I worked out a very fair price. He walked me through all the features of my new car and even synced my phone to its Bluetooth! I must also commend Yuri, the financing manager. Even though he was unable to meet the loan rate I got through my credit union, he remained extremely pleasant as he walked us through our extended warranty options and gave us the time to make the best possible choice at a very good price. All in all, the entire process was far better and easier than I thought was possible! I wholeheartedly recommend Tony and Castle Honda for your next new or used car purchase! More

As it happens, they did not have our final selection on property, but Harris did not hesitate to order the Pilot with all of the specs we desired. Our car was ready for pick up in less than one day! Also if they don't have the specific car you want they will go above and beyond to locate one for you. The staff is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and went above my expectations in walking me through the car. I'm a car guy myself that does a lot of research and I was even impressed by the level of detail. I think what stood out most for me was the financing piece. The Finance Manager Shamoun, spent a through amount of time with us explaining all of our options. He even weighed the pros and cons of Honda financing vs the Third party which was a surprise. Also he offered very honest advice regarding all of the add-ons you can purchase such as an extended warranty. Again, I consider myself an informed consumer especially with car purchasing and was taken aback by the honesty. Never felt pressured or tried to be upsold like I have in other delearships and felt as if these guys were my friends walking me through the whole process. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!
