Disorganized and Unethical I just signed my second lease earlier this year from this location. The first one I signed was under different different ownership (Butler), and I had I just signed my second lease earlier this year from this location. Everything seemed fine initially after the transition to the new ownership, so I made the VERY VERY BAD MISTAKE of signing the second lease. Since it is now under new ownership and Napleton name I had had nothing but problems. It started today when I took my car in for an oil change. Typically there are nice snacks out, fresh made pop corn, and free bottles of water in the waiting area. Today they were out of pop corn, had no bottles of water and, only a few packs of cheese crackers. Fox News was on the TV and there is no remote to change it (political views aside, who thought it was a good idea to have bias news on? Maybe put on something neutral like the food network?). The trip was already off to a bad start, but the real issue was yet to come. When my car was finally ready (took about an hour and a half and I had made an appointment ahead of time), I was told that I would have to pay. Now I was EXTREMELY clear when signing the current lease that I would only sign if the maintenance package was included. It was the main thing I was concerned with (aside from price), and them agreeing to include it as part of my lease was the final action that convinced me to sign. Apparently after everything was said and done it was not included (always carefully read everything -- lesson learned). Either they straight face lied to me, or there was a problem with their system. Either way they stood by what I had signed and I am now out several hundred of dollars. The kicker is they said I didn't have the maintenance package on my last lease either. HOW!? I brought my car in for 4 years and got maintenance for free every time. To me this proves they are extremely disorganized. I fail to believe that for four years they just took my word for the maintenance being included and just didn't charge me. Even when my lease was transferred over from Butler to Napleton I still had free maintenance (the transition happened probably about 9 months ago so I took my car in several times since the transition). Clearly they are extremely disorganized or straight up unethical. I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again and strongly urge you to avoid them at all co More

Not trustworthly I was attempting to buy a car and thought I had a deal that ready but when I went to pick it up was told the deal was not any good. My wife and I was there to sign paperwork for the new car and waited for two hours before we were told the deal was no good. I was dealing with the new car manager the whole time and had never even met the general manager who squashed whole offer and did not have the back bone to come and talk to me in person but sent someone else. The car was ready for pickup and plates from my car was already on the new vehicle when they told us the news so we left with my old vehicle. It was not very professional or ethical in my view and I would say people need to stay away from this dealership. More

Being out of town they had everything ready to go for our arrival. We worked with Nathan Allen upon our arrival and were able to leave with our brand new Kia in 2 hours. Nathan was a pleasure to work with and helped us feel at ease after failing on our first try at another dealership. My only complaint is trying to get information from the "internet/phone" team. I later was told they woudlnt have information as they just handle online inquiries.. just dont inquire anything. Thumbs up to Mr. Allen though! More

I was planning on arriving in the next couple days to buy a Kia Niro, I contacted the dealership & communicated with Dessarie Ryle to buy a vehicle. I was planning on arriving in the next couple days to buy a Kia Niro, which was what I was after. After many phone calls & promises to call me back in ten minutes, I had to give up. I can only assume they had issues with their pricing, as I was quoted three different prices through the process (I was willing to pay the price listed online, but it seems it kept changing). All I asked for was the Purchase Order so I could arrange my finances. Regardless, it would of been nice to receive a phone call or e-mail telling me they could not honor the price if they had issues with their stated online pricing, as opposed to telling me they would call me back in ten minutes & stringing me along for 2 days (I had to purchase relatively soon due to issues with my current vehicle). Really Bad Service and Dealer Follow-up I think that I received a good deal on my 2017 KIA 900, but that is as far as it goes. The delivery of the vehicle was a joke and when we got home they had old tires stored in the trunk. Does that tell you how good the prep was for the delivery. I never had one person follow up with us to check on anything with the car of if we were happy. I have bought many cars and they usually kiss your A** to make sure you will be a repeat customer. Service is also a joke. We brought it in for XM Radio problems and they said that is the way it is. I have had an XM Radio for years in may cars. That is NOT the way it works. Stay clear of Napleton KIA. More
