Napleton Cares My buying experience started off a little rocky at first. I got to Napleton around 4:20 p.m. and left around closing time without a car. While waiting My buying experience started off a little rocky at first. I got to Napleton around 4:20 p.m. and left around closing time without a car. While waiting around Brian Magee made me feel like apart of the family and was very personable. Even though I left without a car, this was a good thing because I would have left with a crappy finance deal and my bank on E. Nicholas Brotsch really wanted to help me and get me the best deal possible. I really appreciated this, it seemed like he really cared. So I came back the next day and left with my car and a great deal within 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend Napleton to all my family and friends, especially if they want to go to a dealership who isn't just trying to sell cars. I live in Milwaukee, WI which is a little over an hour drive, it was definitely worth it! Brian was very down to earth and friendly and has a great sense of humor. He made the test drive enjoyable, and the whole process overall very comfortable. I did not feel pressured at all. I came for one specific vehicle and never once did he try to push any other vehicle on me, which has happened in the past at other dealerships I've visited. Nick from finance did what he could to get the payment that I was looking for and nobody tried to push any extras! The building itself was very clean and welcoming, it had a great atmosphere to it.
