I am sorry to hear you had such a poor shopping experience with us. I have not been contacted by the BBB or GMC regarding a complaint such as this but I would be happy to respond to the complaint through either of those companies. Please feel free to contact me directly regarding this matter if you would like to try to resolve this issue. As far as our deposit policy all deposits taken require a deposit disclosure to be signed by the customer that clearly states all deposits are refundable as they do not pull merchandise off the market they simply protect your pricing from market increases.

what I was told was that 1000 will hold the car, when i call back two hours later i was told car is gone. Then i get there and was told that the 1000 holds the price. You said there was paperwork I was never given paperwork just a small paper reciept. I am not sure with that i want to come back in after what I have already been through, you should be contacted by GMC soon and the BBB takes a while. I feel betrayed what can you possibly offer to get me to come back in. GMC has another dealer that will honor my two free oil changes. I am in transactional business too and you only get 1 shot with a customer. And you guys blew it big time. It's a shame that there are dealers like you still out there.

I believe we gave you a few thousand more for your trade at the time you came in and purchased the Acadia. At this point I understand the fact you would prefer to not visit our dealership again and it would be in both our best interest for you to find a new dealer to service your vehicle.
