I am a veteran of 20 years. Went in to buy used car on the premise that I had a pre-approved loan with Navy Federal. They accepted my pre-approval letter, so I went in. Paid over 50% of vehicle price out the premise that I had a pre-approved loan with Navy Federal. They accepted my pre-approval letter, so I went in. Paid over 50% of vehicle price out of pocket, with $11k left to be paid upon receipt of my pre-approval check incoming from NavyFed. Original saleslady was super nice and helpful, but when pulled into office to sign final paperwork, they said I couldn't drive away unless I sign a contingent loan which would be nulled upon receipt of my check from NavyFed. I said, no problem, and a week or so later, dropped off the check in their mail slot, and call in twice to check (they kept saying the lady who helped me close the deal was unavailable). About a month later, I get a call from a sales rep that they had received my check, but unfortunately, the other loan has been activated via Santander Consumer USA (google their reviews). Sales rep told me there was nothing to be done, and that they were ripping up my NavyFed check. If I wanted to fix it, I'd have to call my bank to refinance. I don't blame the first saleslady, nor the new sales rep who called to inform me (hence the decent customer service rating) Ricky Vargas was helpful in helping get my stuff resolved after the fact. Management definitely needs to review their sales closing practices. Buyer beware when shopping here. More

Sean helped us get in and out with a trade for a beautiful 2020 cx9! What I didn't know at the time is that I was lied to about the check I would get back for my traded CX-9. I had made my payment 3 beautiful 2020 cx9! What I didn't know at the time is that I was lied to about the check I would get back for my traded CX-9. I had made my payment 3 days before I traded my lease. I was told I had to do the first payment for the new lease, but not to worry because I would get my payment from 3 days prior returned. Here I am 2 months later with no return. I have called the dealer, sales manager Ricki, that he is working on it everyday. I was also told the dealerships owner is involved and won't doing anything to "make it right" until Mazda returns a call to Ricki. When I spoke to Chase, I was told the dealer lied to me and they did an a payoff less the $565 payment I just made. This is my 12th Mazda, the 2nd time I have worked with this dealer and I am going to make sure I post this everywhere I can. I should've went to the dealer I know or made the switch to Jaguar. Shame on me. Don't let them lie to you too! More

I bought a pre owned Mazda in June 2020. "MJ" thought he was the thing since he liked to link himself to The Michael Jordan. First he would not be bothered to go on a test drive. Then as we talked about wear and tear on the car he told me the brakes were at 50%. A few weeks after I owned the car I heard grinding, two months later I have 20% front brakes and 15% back brakes. He also would just say yeah yeah to any questions I would ask him, I had to demand that he address the specific question. He flipped through Car Fax, did not give me a copy and when I called the dealership to see if they would rectify the situation they of course did not call me back. Wish I had read these reviews before I went to this dealership. I don't even see this salesperson on the list anymore. More
