Great experience! Recently we went shopping for a 2016 Mazda CX9 around the suburbs and ended up purchasing our CX9 at Continental Mazda. Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I came in to Continental Mazda to look at the CX-5. My previous car was a Mazda3 and I'd been bringing the car there for service and have always been I came in to Continental Mazda to look at the CX-5. My previous car was a Mazda3 and I'd been bringing the car there for service and have always been impressed with the staff. I knew what model I was looking at, what packages I wanted, and he took me back and showed me at least three or four different cars that were exactly what I wanted in different colors. He was refreshingly very honest about colors, interiors, what he would and wouldn't recommend. We took the car for a test drive on Naperville's test track and then he walked me through the pricing. He went through the list of all their current discount incentives and pulled out each one that I qualified for, and was very patient with all my questions about how the pricing is structured. This was the least I've EVER felt pressured when buying a car. Bob in finance was wonderful and worked with me on making sure I was perfectly comfortable with the payments. Great experience, love the car, happy to give them more business in the future. More

Great customer service, very helpful staff My wife and I visited Continental Mazda last weekend just to look around. While there we were approached by one of the sales associates - Consuela My wife and I visited Continental Mazda last weekend just to look around. While there we were approached by one of the sales associates - Consuela - who was extremely friendly and helpful while we were there. She confidently took us through the world of Mazda and what it had to offer our family, and did so with patience and without playing the part of a typical pushy salesperson. My wife and I felt very comfortable during our conversation. After 90 minutes or so we left without a car, however we stayed in contact with Consuela over the next couple of days while she diligently worked on finding something that would be a fit for us. After a few days she worked some magic and we were able to make a deal that I drove away very happy with (not to mention the great car) I hate buying cars.... as evidenced by the fact that I held onto my previous car for far longer than my wife would have preferred (13 years). But after forming this partnership with Consuela and the professionals at Continental Mazda, I no longer have that hate and will be back a bit earlier the next time I am in need of another car (maybe 10 years this time :) ) More
Unethical sales tactics Went to Continental Mazda located on Aurora Ave Naperville to check out the Grand Touring Mazda 6 and inquired about taking it for a test drive. The s Went to Continental Mazda located on Aurora Ave Naperville to check out the Grand Touring Mazda 6 and inquired about taking it for a test drive. The sales consultant insisted I provided my phone number or he couldn't allow me to test drive the vehicle (keep in mind I had no issue providing my license and proof of insurance). Ask for a manager he had claimed it was policy and an insurance requirement in the event I got into an accident or kidnaped the sales agent. This was a dishonest tactic to force a customer to provide their contact information so they can continue following up with them on purchasing a vehicle. Additionally his policy doesn't hold true as I happened to know someone else that was at the dealership test driving a car at exactly the same time and wasn't required to provide this information. I'll certainly be taking my business elsewhere and because of this experience I'm hesitant of the brand if this is the tactics / lies they allow their dealerships to conduct. More
Awesome Service I showed up to the Mazda service department today for an oil change and for a check on a tire. I didn't have an appointment. The service department I showed up to the Mazda service department today for an oil change and for a check on a tire. I didn't have an appointment. The service department was super busy this week, but Kimberly was able to fit me in. I came around lunch, and many of the service guys were out, but Kimberly found Dan in service who was willing to cut his lunch a little short to help me out. During the course of setting up the oil change it was discovered that my car required recall attention for a coolant issue. The coolant issue would take around an hour to repair. Kimberly and Dan at Mazda service were able to fit me in for an oil change, tire repair and recall repair AND because they knew I didn't have a lot of time they got me out fast enough so I could pick up my son from camp! Did I mention Kimberly filled out a Castrol rebate card for me so that I would get a $20 discount? Wow. What great service! Thanks, Mazda. More
