Jeremy listened to my needs, as I explained I was looking for a 6 and we went for a test drive. However, before the drive, Jeremy took quite a bit of time to explain the car's features including the many electronic features that the 6 has.. I was quite impressed from that alone. Jeremy was able to answer every question I asked so he know his info. This is very important since I will absolutely not purchase a car from someone if I know more about the car then they do. (this happened on 2 trips to other dealers). I was looking for a 6 with the sand interior, which was very difficult to come by. Although they found only 4 in the entire Midwest region and were happy to drive quite far to to get my car, that ended up not needing to be done. Mark checked their inbound ordered cars and a Reflex Blue with Sand had just shipped from the west coast port the day before and was on it's way to their store. Timing worked out as I was going on vacation and when I returned the car was there. They kept in touch while I was gone and with combination of text's and e-mails, their communication was great. Their price was very competitive with other dealers I visited and it really was a no pressure environment. Lastly, the price and finance options as explained by Bob (Robert) very explained very simply and the end cost were what they quoted. I highly recommend Continental Mazda and dealing with both Jeremy and Mark. More

Transparent, Simple & Efficient - Great Strategy! I always hated (strong word but this is really how I felt) the car buying experience (all aspects of it: negotiation games & desking, the amount of ti I always hated (strong word but this is really how I felt) the car buying experience (all aspects of it: negotiation games & desking, the amount of time spent, and very often lack of transparency in the numbers). Thank God for internet and for Continental Mazda of Naperville! Looks like Mark Bimel (Sales Manager) and Jeremy Storino (Sales Consultant) really figured out how to change the car buying experience for people like me. Thanks to Mark and Jeremy this car buying experience was not only pleasant but actually enjoyable. From the beginning they made it transparent, simple and efficient. Jeremy by far was one of the best sales people I ever dealt with, and somehow always went beyond my expectations. For example: my new CX5 came without the cargo cover and the parts was closed the night we closed the transaction, so the next day Jeremy stopped by my house after work and installed the cover for us! Thank You both. The strategy works, so please don't change it. We really appreciate it! More

New Mazda! We started our car search at Ford and drove the Edge and Explorer, both excellent vehicles that were options for us. When we visited Continental, we met with Brad, told him what we were looking for and he immediately put us in a vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for. We ended up leaving the dealership with a lot to think about (we had drive four different cars that day). After discussion, we decided we needed the third row option (Ford Edge was out), the Explorer was too expensive for all the options we wanted and the Toyota was not affordable. We really liked the simplicity of the Mazda CX-9 and it had almost all of the options we wanted in a car at a very affordable price. The following Monday we went back to request the vehicle overnight to make sure it fit in with our lifestyle. It did and I loved it. It's a perfect size and looks great. I knew I wanted it. My husband was a bit more indecisive but eventually he agreed it was our best option. Last night, we made our way to the dealer and purchased the car and while we haven't gotten to drive it much distance, we love it and can't wait to drive it for the next 8 years (or more!). Brad was our salesman and he was great to work with. We never felt pressure or that awkward sales pitch...he worked with us for exactly what we wanted and needed and he's incredibly nice and talkative, we enjoyed his company during the entire process! Robert in finance was also great, he made the process smooth and easy and we also enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend this car and dealership, our experience was very positive!
