Not only was she very knowledgeable about the car we were considering, she was friendly and empathetic of our situation. She was responsive and genuine and built our trust soon after we started talking. In addition to Marta, Josh Bruhn, our finance guy also went out of his way to meet our needs, explained everything thoroughly and was quick and efficient and friendly. There were many hidden features that we didn't know that he brought to our attention that made buying the car easier. He was very personable and didn't try to paint you into a corner to buy at that very second. I always want a better price, but it was a fair deal. Valued our trade in spot on and he stayed passed close on a friday night to make it happen. I am recommending him to a friend and also their Finance guy was outstanding, I've heard horror stories and their guy was so respectful and forthcoming on all options and bells and whistles to add. Didn't shove it down your face and presented it respectively in many different packages. Got the extended bumper to bumper for 8 years or 100K. More
