Excellent experience at Continental Mazda of Naperville I just want to start out by saying I praise this dealership enough. From the minute you step into Continental Mazda you know that the people there wil I just want to start out by saying I praise this dealership enough. From the minute you step into Continental Mazda you know that the people there will make it a point to make you feel at ease and make your car buying experience just a bit better than the other dealerships around. And I say this after also shopping at Pugi Mazda, Wilkins Mazda and CJ Mazda. I worked with a few people when purchasing my 2015 Mazda 3. First, Jeremy, who was extremely knowledgeable on all things Mazda and answered question after question for me as needed without a skip in his stride. He outlined the trim hierarchy on the Mazda 3 for me in an easy-to-understand way and after hearing my needs, recommended the two best trims for me. I wasn't planning on purchasing a car till April but the answer became so obvious and easy after listening to what he had to say that I jumped the gun and came back a week later ready to buy. Then, I worked with Skylar. I was torn between two models, the Mazda3 i GT and the s Touring. Skylar was helpful in allowing me to test drive both models on the test track behind the dealership to aid me in my decision making. I ended up deciding on a 6-speed manual Mazda3 s Touring. Problem was there were none at the dealership. Another salesman, Mark, helped me find one. He ran a search and found that there were 2 in the entire state which fit my criteria. He asked me which I wanted and told me they would go get it for me. At this time, we also settled on a price which was very fair. I then left and was told I'd be called when the car came in. The next day, Jeremy kept me updated and Skylar drove to Greenfield, WI to get the car. They got it back that evening but Jeremy told me not to pick it up till Saturday, as service was closed for the evening and he wanted to make sure they had looked over and inspected the car completely before handing it over to me. I agreed and went in the following morning to pick it up. I met with Kelly, the Finance Manager, who helped get the payments all squared away. The usual paperwork, all explained, and he was even able to help out with the interest rates due to a religious restriction where he added the 0.9% interest payment I was approved for onto the price of the car which allowed me to make 0% payments for the course of my loan thereafter. Finally, with that taken care of, a lesson in the car itself with Jeremy in the passenger seat walking me through each and every feature this very versatile car had to offer. When I was satisfied, I was off. A very pleasant and underpressured car buying experience and will recommend Continental Mazda to anyone looking to buy a Mazda! More

He's a very friendly, helpful, calming, no-pressure salesman and he really made the whole process enjoyable. Loved the fact that they have a test track, which I did not find with other dealers. The test track allows you to push the car in different conditions without worrying about surrounding traffic. I would purchase from this dealer, and in particular Jeremy again, and would refer others as well. I had been to other Mazda dealers and the vibe overall was much better at Continental. Kelly, the finance Manager was also great, and didn't pull any of the games I had experienced in the past with finance managers. Prior to coming, I chatted online with Ryen, who was very nice, and by far the best online chat person I have found. Highly recommend this dealership and Jeremy Storino. More

This week it had to go back for some additional repairs. After going over the problem with Joe, it was going to be another costly experience. In the end Joe managed to save us money on the second repair. As I told Joe I truly appreciate it. Between Joe, and Jeremy before him, who is now in sales, we have had costly, but outstanding experiences, I might add the cashier this morning was also extremely helpful, I believe her name is Kristy. After seeing the green sticker to contact you on the invoice, she wrote out your email address for me. She also pointed out I could use points to save $25 on this bill, which I never thought about.
