I called to check to see if the car I was looking at was still there I didn't want to get there and find out it was sold. Showed up the next morning the car was ready and waiting to be taken for a test drive. The dealership is very clean all of the employees we encountered were very friendly. Our salesman Jeremy was great to work with! Once you make a purchase, at least in my experience they Thank you and that is it the salesman moves on to the next customer. Not at Naperville Mazda!!! Before we left Jeremy took the time to show us how to program our phones into the car, gave us all kinds of info on the bells and whistles of the car and went over all the questions my husband and I had before we left!!! I would recommend this dealership and Jeremy to anyone looking for a car. Kelly is finance was also very friendly and again answered all the questions we had. From start to finish we have an excellent experience with Naperville Mazda and Jeremy!!!! The car is a certified used car I was AMAZED that they FILLED THE GAS TANK so we left with a full tank!!!! I have never had a dealership to that. When the time comes to make another purchase this will be the place I go back to! More

Great experience at a great price. I had just just totaled my 2014 car and I was looking for something that is fun so I decided to get a Mazda 3, 5 door. I had great experience in another OEM's dealership and I truly thought it was fantastic and it would be hard to top it. But I am glad to say that I was proved wrong. I went to Mazda continental knowing what I really want to get, which was a Mazda 3. I wasn't there to waste my time or another persons time, in this case Jeremy Storino's time. After I got to the dealership I had hard time deciding between touring and grand touring and I literally took his entire Saturday afternoon, between doing my numbers and more, but he was extremely patient and gave me his entire attention. He continuously asks me what he could do to earn my business--not to just get me buy a car from Him. Then he was patient even after he sold me the car. After that I came at off hours for parts, unscheduled, to get my all weather mat, however he was once again very welcoming. He took his time to ask someone from parts department to get me the mat I order and get it installed as well. All and all I was really satisfied with my experience with Jeremy S at Mazda, and Jeremy truly earned my business. More

Needed a car by Monday I was so upset that my 2007 Mazda RX-8 had failed me and had no more laps left. I had no plans of purchasing a new car but was VERY happy that Jeremy I was so upset that my 2007 Mazda RX-8 had failed me and had no more laps left. I had no plans of purchasing a new car but was VERY happy that Jeremy Gascoigne was my salesman. I was not looking to take on a car loan and especially around Christmas. Jeremy worked hard to get me into my new 2015 Mazda CX5 and back on the road by Monday. He was straight forward with the bottom line price, down to earth (nice to my family) and just a JEWEL to work with. He even helped me clean out my trade in and showed me how to work the gadgets in my NEW 2015. I would definitely recommend Jeremy Gascoigne to women who are afraid to battle typical salesmen....he was far from that! I might not be in that RX8 but I'm looking sexy in my CX5!!! I would also like to Thank Joe Pelka in Service because he maintained my Mazda RX8 since my 1st purchase years ago. I'm so happy that he introduced me to Jeremy G. Joe was one of the reasons why I chose to stay with the Mazda family. He ALWAYS has a smile and kind words whenever I come in for auto service and it's always done right the 1st time.
