We bought a brand new 2014 Mazda3 from Gabe at Continental Mazda. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. He is bright, funny and straight forward. I chose Continental because of their knowledge about the special program available to me through my employer. I went in and was immediately greeted by Mark when I walked into the dealership. Its a swanky looking dressed up showroom which sorta makes me feel that maybe they are all about show but I did not see that to be the case. I was treated well by Jeremy and hammered out a deal that i don't think I could have received at another dealer. Overall i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair deal. I had been looking for a new car for several weeks and had visited many dealerships. After being harassed by other dealers with constant phone calls and emails, I wasn't about to give my phone number to had visited many dealerships. After being harassed by other dealers with constant phone calls and emails, I wasn't about to give my phone number to another dealer as I walked in to Continental Mazda. To my pleasant surprise, Jeremy Storino didn't blink an eye when I told him I preferred not to give out my number. The whole experience was so much different than the other dealerships I had been in: no pressure, no hassle and all my questions answered. When I was ready to finalize the deal, I told Jeremy that I did not want any one to try to sell me extended warrant, sealcoating, etc extras. He made sure that no one approached me with those extras, so thankful for that! When I picked up the car, we had a little trouble getting the bluetooth set up with my phone and Jeremy stuck with it and wouldn't let me leave until everything was working the way I wanted and it was even after the showroom was closed. Thank you, Jeremy for the personal, no pressure experience. I am so happy with my new CX 5! More
I reached out to Continental Mazda due to my 2008 Mazda3 needing to have the lower engine cover/shield replaced after it fell/got ripped off. I purchased the correct OEM part off a website for approximatel needing to have the lower engine cover/shield replaced after it fell/got ripped off. I purchased the correct OEM part off a website for approximately $19. Ed Carlson immediately contacted me via email when I filled out the Service Request form on their website. He was very informative and responded multiple times when I had questions and to set up service. When I came in for service, another person assisted me without too much questioning. They said it might take about 30 min. After about 40 min they came and found me and said they needed to also install the side covers that had been broken or ripped off. They wanted to charge me $40+ for these parts when I found them on the same site i bought my cover for $5. I wasn't very happy about this. I showed the shop people this and they just sort of shrugged. I told them to go ahead and finish teh job because had my 3 infants in our van waiting for us. They finished the job fairly quickly. Overall, it was a good experience, i just was not too thrilled w/ the final cost when I know what it takes to do the job. I would probably still recommend them. More

We walked in a little late and Gabe walked out and greeted us promptly. We told him we were going to look around for a bit and come find him if we had any questions. We walked in and asked to see the inside of a few cars and he got the keys. He was great at explaining the features between different model years and trims. He took me on a test drive and even on their own test track. We negotiated and got the deal we were looking for. Paperwork was seamless and before we drove the car off the lot he opened up the car and detailed every feature of the car. We had never used the push button locks and starter or dual zone climate control. Must have spent almost half an hour answering questions and really getting into detail. He was also really good with our 2 year old who was hungry and running around. We will definitely be back in March and will make sure Gabe is our guy.We have had the car almost a month and it is even better than we had hoped for. The inside of the building was really nice as well, look forward to going there for service. More
I wanted to buy Mazda CX9 and did research on internet with many dealerships. Many of them provided me quotes varying from 32K to 36K for the same configuration. When I started checking with the other dealers, to my surprise, some of them just refused to honor the quote they sent me. On my way to meet my friend at Naperville, I just decided to walk in and meet Brad. Despite of him being busy and we stopping by without an appointment, he spent significant time with me and offered me the best deal. His knowledge about the car and experience with Auto was very helpful as he explained all the features and compared other SUVs in the class. Since we were 100% sure of buying CX9, his job was bit easier :) Without me asking, he gave me a quote which was a few hundred more than the least expensive quote I had. And when I was still discussing, he offered to reduce those few hundreds too if I make purchase the same day and we strike the deal. I went back after one week for delivery and the same story repeated but this time with the financing. The finance manager offered very good deal though slightly higher than my credit union. In fact they offer me to take the car if I wanted to wait for my credit union and send the check within a week!!!!! But when I asked him what is the best rate he can do, he checked with the financing company and reduced the rate very close to my credit union. The overall difference was $2-3 per month and I was so delighted with that. We took the delivery same day. and after a day, I got a call from Brad stating he will be sending me a gift card from the dealership. WOW!!!!! And the best part is, neither Brad nor the finance manager tried to sell me anything more than what I wanted. They asked me just once if I need extended warranty or service plan and when I said no, they just did not talk about it again at all. I could not believe that they did not even ask me to reconsider my decision of not buying it!!!!!!!! This was the most amazing experience I had. Anyone planning to buy Mazda, they must give Brad and Continental Mazda a chance. The way they treat the customers it is simply great.
