Greart Experience My 3 yr "lease" ended in May, with having great service with my previous Mazda car "leasing" program-so was a "no-brainier" of returning for a new Lea My 3 yr "lease" ended in May, with having great service with my previous Mazda car "leasing" program-so was a "no-brainier" of returning for a new Lease of a 2018 Mazda, working with Jeremy-who I called 2 wks prior to returning my car, telling me options for a new car, plus, informing me-Dave Thomas had taken over his "sales" job, having been "promoted to "business Manager"!! I visited the dealership, meeting Dave, I already knew the vehicle I wanted-just like the "one" I had to return, he showed me "what" I wanted-no pressure from him, trying to sell me 'something else", being so kind-courteous to me- Got the 'deal" all done-I returned one week later to pick up my new car, he was with me every step of the "way", including a "test" drive with me-before I left the dealership. He informed me of all the New standard equipment, explaining it all to me. This dealership is great,I'm a customer for the leasing program until I no longer will drive-being a SENIOR, this car fits my needs "perfectly"!! Thanks Dave for the good service!! He was interested in what our needs were for the car and the payment we wanted. He worked with us and for us, not just for the sale. Not only is the sales department great but the service department is equally as wonderful. Dennis is so friendly and every time I come in he knows me by name, even when I have come in without my car, he still knows me and greats me like we are best friends! I love the family atmosphere of the dealership, its one of the good ones out there, very few dealerships are like that. More

When we began wor I could not have scripted a better first Mazda Experience. We were looking for a small SUV, and had heard good things about Mazda. When we began working with David Thomas, he asked questions about the features we were looking for, how we would use the vehicle, distance of trips we would plan, size of our family. He matched the features and our usage to the CX3, and demonstrated how this vehicle would meet those needs. While the Vehicle was certainly 1/2 the reason we purchased it, David’s knowledge and professionalism was the other 1/2. After driving the CX3 for a few weeks, We can honestly say it exceeds our expectations. More

At Continental Mazda I was treated in a very professional and respectful manner. Dan Eugea was my Sales Consultant 3 years ago when I bought my first Mazda 3 and most recently when I traded in for a new Mazda. There was no sign of the old dealership days when a customer felt pressured & talked into making a decision. Dan is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered & I never felt less than respected. The same can be said of Robert Orwat in the finance department.
