Purchasing a new (used) 2016 Mazda Miata Had great attention from Consuela Regal who had just the car I was looking for. The price for this 360 mile demo car made it an excellent value. Robert Orwat was also quite thorough and patient in going over all the paperwork. They delivered the car "on the red carpet", which was a nice tough. Thrilled with our new (used) CX5! Consuela made it happen. We were thrilled to buy a car from Consuela R. at Continental Mazda! We drove in from the city and were not sure what we were going to do that day, bu We were thrilled to buy a car from Consuela R. at Continental Mazda! We drove in from the city and were not sure what we were going to do that day, but we had a 2011 Honda CRV and wanted to try out a 2015 used Mazda CX5 Grand Touring we saw online. We were between that car and buying a newer CRV from the old Honda dealership downtown we got our last car from. Consuela was friendly and helpful from the start. I must have asked her 200 questions on the test drive alone. She was super knowledgable and knew answers to even my weird questions (like how many dog crates do you think we can fit in here for when we do rescue stuff?). Consuela was also warm, kind and honest. I knew I could trust her off the bat and that she was looking out for my best interest - which is the best thing a sales professional can do, in my opinion, and I knew that even if we weren't going to buy that specific car, I was going to buy one of those cars on the lots no matter what, because I wanted to buy one from her. We ended up getting the 2015 Mazda CX5 and we are thrilled. I have never loved a car. I love this car. And I love the whole experience I had with Consuela. We also had a fantastic experience with the loan/signing stuff with Robert O., the business manager we worked with. He made the process easy and wasn't pushy but I did decide to get some extra coverage in the end (which I've never done anything more than Gap coverage for a car) and days later, I'm happy I did. Good, honest, kind people. That was my experience. I trust Consuela and Robert and if you can ever pry my hands off my new (used) car, I will go back to them in a heartbeat to buy another one. More

Even though I was there for 3 hours Dan Eugea and Tim Murray were eager to answer every question I absolutely LOVE my new 2015 pre-certified Mazda5! Even though I was there for 3 hours Dan Eugea and Tim Murray were eager to answer every question and put my mind to rest down to the tiniest detail. I was floored that they offered a shuttle to come get me at home so I could get my new car. The detailing you did on the car was phenomenal... makes it look practically brand new and I had several comments about it. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had in my 25 years of buying cars. Funny side notes... I almost threw myself out the window several times today ha ha ha. The brakes are waaaay touchier than my old ford lol. At one point (about a half hour after leaving the dealership) I had parked and was getting ready to get out and I realized I couldn't tell if the car was running or not! There was no engine noise and tons of vibration like the ford to alert me it was on lol. Later, I was jumping for joy (quite literally lol) when I discovered the side mirrors fold in! Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. When we unexpectedly found ourselves in the market for a new car, our first thought was "well, let's go see Jeremy." He worked with us throughout the process, from initial conversation to final sale, answering all of our questions and working to get us the best deal possible. When the final decision was made and the exact car was not on the lot, Jeremy located it at another area Mazda dealer and picked it up himself the next day so that we would have it that same night. As part of our car search process, we visited other area dealers to compare the Mazda to other similar cars. The experience with these other dealers only reaffirmed that Jeremy and Continental Mazda are in another class. Jeremy didn't try to "sell" us a car. He listened to our needs, made sure we had all of the information to make our decision, and made the buying process simple and stress-free. I can't recommend Jeremy and Continental Mazda strongly enough!. More

I left a.message the day I called to set up and appointment and received a call within two minutes from Jeremy Storino. He helped me set up an appointment to look at new vehicles and was amazing to deal with throughout the process. He was very accommodating to my family. Car shopping with a 2 & 9 year old can be tricky but with his help.and Continental Mazda having a kids area and snacks it turned out to be a great experience. I went in wanting to buy a Mazda 3 Hatchback or a CX5. They didn't have either car in manual in stock but they had a manual Mazda 3 in stock to test drive. I drove the automaticsame and knew that I was going to buy the manual. I was never pressured to buy the automatic or got the feeling good to just buy something in stock. I told Jeremy I wanted the manual and he ok. They sourced the car from another dealer and had it ready for pickup in two days. I couldn't be happier with the choice of car, dealer or salesman!
