My brother bought Bob Westcott is a great salesman. He makes car shopping, buying, and owning a Hyundai very enjoyable! I love my new Tucson Sport. My brother bought a 2014 Tucson, but I really didn't like it too much. But when I saw the newly redesigned 2016 Tucson at the Chicago Auto Show last month, I loved it. Since I was ready to buy a new car, I called Bob Westcott. Four years ago, he sold a Sonata to my mother (she was 84 y/o). He was very low pressure, patient and helpful. He has always kept in contact with her (calling at various times to check on her and her health (she is 88 y/o) and never makes her feel like she is imposing if she asks him to explain (again) how certain features work on her car (like technology). Since I'm not a huge fan of technology, he is also very patient with me as I learn to operate all the features on my Tucson Sport. He is a genuinely caring person. More
