Had an appointment to get a recall part. Got their and they didn't have the part. Didn't try to compensate me in no kinda way. Although we leased our vehicle, we still purchased the tire and wheel package all because Demetrius took the time to sit and tell us why it was a smart investment for our family. Not only is my wife an employee there (Kia/Hyundai sales), but we are also now both customers.
