I did not feel comfortable with it because good service will generate a good review anyway. I should have followed my first mind and not posted my initial review. Thank goodness for edit. I purchased a car on 01/29/2016. Unfortunately I purchased the car at night. In the morning the inside of the car was filthy. The manager Bob Wescott had called me right before I arrived to buy the car and advised the car would be clean and sitting out front. It was dirty, and the gas tank was empty and stopped on me and the sales rep in the middle of the road. The weekend after I purchased it, I had to take the car to be detailed. The Sunday after I purchased it the windshield wipers didn't work. So I had to pay to get that fixed. Currently my ABS censor failed so I brought it to the dealership for repair. They looked at it and told me they would order a part. I left with no paperwork and no ETA for the part. I came back into the shop before leaveing to ask if there was something I should be provided to show proof of what was taking place, I was just told I was in the system. I emailed two days later to confirm that the part was actually ordered because I did not feel confident that this would be done. I still have not received a response. I emailed my sales rep for copies of some paperwork from my sale to have for my records. No response. Whatever you do, do not agree to review this dealership until you are sure their customer service goes beyond the sale. The Cadillac dealer I took the car to only did a diagnostic without repair and was courteous enough to send me a follow up email. I purchased this vehicle from this dealer and no response. I am huge on customer service during good and bad. I don't feel this vehicle was ever inspected by them, because fuses and sensors should have been changed or inspected prior to delivery. I will not be patronizing them. I will also be forwarding my issues to Truecar since this dealership was marketed by them. More
