I read your recent post about your experience with us and I sincerely apologize about any issues you've had. I know you came back to the dealership to pick up your other car you left here the next day after your purchased from us and you did not mention the car being dirty, or any issues with the car, If I knew I would have been happy to get involved immediately to rectify any issues you may have had. If you have any concerns with our service department please feel free to give a call anytime. Customer service is our number 1 priority and we value you as a customer, I will give you a follow up call in regards to the part on order in service and make sure we take care of the issue you have.

Ryan I received a response from you concerning this matter. We spoke on 02/25/2016 in which my parts were to be ordered. They should have been ordered on 02/16/2016 to begin with. I called this morning and the parts department advised me they have not received a ticket for my car. I have post-poned an appointment to have the car fixed with another dealership to allow you all a chance to remedy this situation. I am extremely disappointed that I did not receive any honesty on the part of this dealership. This is a sad situation. Almost three weeks and my car still has not be fixed. I will being taking further recourse. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received.
