Prior to arriving, we spoke with Mr. West (Internet Sales) and were put in contact with Mr. Clifford who, after a brief conversation with Ryan, followed through on the assurances made via our initial phone conversation. Finally, Terry (the young lady who completed the final paperwork) was very nice and made the completion of the paperwork a breeze with her easy conversational style.
