Went for an oil change left with a new car I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Napleton Kia. I went in to get an oil change and headlight for my 2012 kia optima. I spoke to Mike on the ph I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Napleton Kia. I went in to get an oil change and headlight for my 2012 kia optima. I spoke to Mike on the phone before I got there without an appointment. He took me right in and also told me my car had a recall. During that time I stated I wanted a SUV. I'm not sure if Mike called Rob for me or Rob just happened to over hear the conversation. Rob eased many of my fears and put me in the vehicle I have always wanted. The staff here is wonderful. I met Darryl while talking to Rob about what I wanted. He was friendly and even offered me some advice although he wasn't the one helping me. Ray in finance was just as amazing. He was patient with me while I kept saying no to what he was offering. lol... In the end I got an amazing deal and it was all because the employees here are welcoming, knowledgeable, and hard working... More
