In my previous review a few days ago I was highly critical of the service that I have received and rightfully so, but today was a new day. I have been in contact with the GM Kerry Brown, and he apolo critical of the service that I have received and rightfully so, but today was a new day. I have been in contact with the GM Kerry Brown, and he apologized and said that he would work diligently to correct this situation. We came in initially a few weeks ago a few weeks ago looking for my son a used vehicle, under a very difficult circumstance that was no fault of his own. Today he walked out with the keys to a brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra SV. My son and I would like to first of all thank God for this blessing. Shout out to GM/Mr. Kerry Brown and a special thanks our salesman/Mr. Michael Levine and anyone else from financing for stepping up and going the extra mile to make this deal possible. I believe in giving someone a second chance to make things right that were wrong, and today Napleton Nissan did just that by working together. More
