Best Experience! I have loved owning a Nissan since high school and my most recent one was finally seeing its final days. I decided to take my chances and head out to buy a used car as I was typically use to either purchasing a vehicle at a buy here pay here or cash purchases from a less then desirable car lot. I was a total nervous wreck but to my surprise Vanessa and Mike were not only able to get me a car at a better rate then I have ever had before but they were able to get me financed into a brand new car! Vanessa was awesome and very accommodating with our rambunctious toddler in tow and did not skip a beat. They were both awesome and 100% transparent on what was to come with this purchase and made the car buying experience a great one! Thank you again!!! More

Great service - Ron (Ronald Crum) I have been a Lou Fusz customer since 2000 (2000 Maxima GLE) and now my 2015 Nissan Versa - love this Versa and I know the service I get From Ron and I have been a Lou Fusz customer since 2000 (2000 Maxima GLE) and now my 2015 Nissan Versa - love this Versa and I know the service I get From Ron and The others that I will have it for a long time. I never feel that Service that does not need to be done is done. In other words they have earned my trust - after all I had it for 14 years and no one did any service to that car except for Lou Fusz and no one except Ron Crum and the guys at Lou Fusz will touch this one. AWESOME SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I have been taking my car to this service center for 5 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these people. I take my car in regularly for oil changes, etc. and I feel like I am visiting friends. These people are honest, reliable and extremely patient and helpful. I cannot begin to voice how much I appreciate Katie, Ron, Julie and the rest of the staff. I trust and depend on them. They never try to push me into getting additional work done, unless it is needed. My transmission went out in August and they were fantastic! I was totally freaked out because it was very close to warranty, but Ron Crum took care of me. They set me up with a rental car and kept me abreast of how the work was going. Ron, especially, made a very difficult time much easier. When I find people I not only trust, but like, I stick with them. This is an awesome group and I feel very lucky to have found them. They are the reason I keep coming back. Loyal employees are difficult to find, so Mr. Boss, if you are reading this, give them a big thank you; maybe a bonus or a raise? They definitely deserve it, Mr. Fusz! More
