I had done a lot of research on pricing and we were sp I live in Minnesota and had been looking for a used, late model Murano for my wife for months. I had done a lot of research on pricing and we were specific on what features and color we wanted. I found a Murano at a local dealership that met our criteria but was overpriced. We had a horrible experience where we were passed off to multiple people, subjected to high-pressure sales tactics, and subsequently had a lot of our time wasted. I decided to expand our search range and saw that Lou Fusz Nissan had a Murano that had everything we were looking for and also had Nav and was a CPO vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke with Vanessa who put me in touch with the sales team. I had requested to work with Steve Bedell because I had seen many good reviews from other customers who had worked with him. Steve was phenomenal to work with. Without asking, he sent me a video of the vehicle showing me the condition of specific things I had asked about. He was a great communicator and always made sure all my questions were answered. He really went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. We agreed on a price and I took a one-way flight from MSP to St. Louis. When I arrived, Steve even picked me up at the airport! The vehicle was as described. There was no xx at the dealership. Completing the purchase/paperwork was smooth and I drove the vehicle back to Minnesota that same day. We've had the vehicle for over a month and couldn't be happier. Thank you to the Lou Fusz team and especially Steve Bedell for a great car buying experience!
