Buyer Beware - HUGE Hidden Fees We test drove a 2018 Jeep with 12,000 miles and he was very knowledgeable. When it came to numbers, they gave me wanted I wanted for my car, but then We test drove a 2018 Jeep with 12,000 miles and he was very knowledgeable. When it came to numbers, they gave me wanted I wanted for my car, but then added on two fees. A reconditioning fee for $2499 and then another fee for $1499. He couldn’t explain what the fees were at all. If the Jeep is a year old with only 12,000 miles, why does it need new brakes, tires, etc - did your customers drive it into the ground? He brought the sales manager over and told us that all dealerships charge these fees - WHAT?! I’ve bought a few cars in my life and I knew he was pulling my leg. I walked out. Completely insulted by the sneaky sales techniques shown by this sales person and the dealership. Buy Beware. More

Looking for 1st car for my son Marquis did a great job. He was polite showed us what they had in the model we were looking for and was not pushy. The only negatives I saw with this dealership is there are long waits between the different processes of the purchase as everyone is trying to do two or three things at a time and the music they have playing is to loud. That is why the I gave the dealership a 4 star vs. 5 star. As for our sales person Marquis I give him 5 stars he did a great job! More
