They did not having the vehicles ready ahead of time (we called throughout the week and the day of, but this was not Jason’s fault). We called about the pricing ahead of time as well. It was disappointing that the fees jumped way above what it did on a different car we bought new months prior. We were able to make a deal with the Dodge Ram. Overall, we are satisfied with our purchase and happy with Jason. His overall attitude and efficiency was awesome. Norm was an informative, kind man that didn’t waste our time. He was quick and efficient (although his information on warranties was disappointing, Dodge should do better with their warranties). More

Friendly, not overly aggressive My daughter and I were looking for her first car to buy. She saved the money, and we saw one that seemed worth a shot. It wasn't, but Austin took th My daughter and I were looking for her first car to buy. She saved the money, and we saw one that seemed worth a shot. It wasn't, but Austin took the time to find out what we were looking for and our price range. He gave us three other options. They were good, but not what she was looking for in a car. He and his manager then offered a very good deal on a car that was just over her budget. We discussed but decided it was just too much. Austin never pressured us, and was always able to answer our questions thanks to his knowledge on cars. He spent the afternoon with us, and even though we walked away without a car, he wished us a successful hunt. It was a rare experience to have a friendly and helpful salesman who didn't want to sell us any car, but the right car for my daughter. I never thought I would say this, but it was a positive experience despite not finding a car. I hope to have the chance to work with Austin again. More
