3 months after purchase I learn I got xxxxed 1st new car I’ve bought and I figured the dealer would be have your best interests in mind buying a $35,000 dollar car. WRONG!!!! Don’t take the Chrys 1st new car I’ve bought and I figured the dealer would be have your best interests in mind buying a $35,000 dollar car. WRONG!!!! Don’t take the Chrysler financing to save $1000 then refinance. You pay more in interest than you save before you can refinance!!! Also NO courtesy cars!!! I drop my car off for an install package I bought and they send me to enterprise next door! Guess who ends up paying the insurance on the rental??? You guessed it, me!!! Best Dealership EVER! I knew what I wanted. I knew what I was looking for. A friend recommended Napleton to me. Since I live in Milwaukee, WI, Napleton was a bit of a drive I knew what I wanted. I knew what I was looking for. A friend recommended Napleton to me. Since I live in Milwaukee, WI, Napleton was a bit of a drive. But that wasn't a problem for Napleton. On Superbowl Sunday the sales person communicate with me via Facebook messenger. And while that may have been the last thing he wanted to, he didn't complain and answered all my questions. With all the paperwork prepared and my Jeep picked out, all I had to do was sign the paperwork and take my new Jeep home. I was out of the dealership in 45 minutes. Few month down the road, I needed help with a radio code and once again, knowing I lived far away, Napleton helped via messenger so I wouldn't have to make the long trip. It is literally the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My husband and I will be back to buy all of our Jeeps. Napleton has gained a customer for life. Jody and his team are hands down the best there is. And don't get me started in their involvement in the Jeeps on The Run Toys for Tots. That is just amazing what they do. You want a fair, good dealership where you don't feel like you need a shower afterwards to get the slimy dealership dealings ..this is the one to go to. More

COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER!!! One of the best purchasing experiences I have encountered and I'm 60 years old. EXTREMELY professional and personable. Took the time to answer or investigate my questions FULLY. Mason was my sales consultant and went ABOVE and BEYOND! My purchasing experience: I accessed the TrueCar.com website. I visited 6 dealerships requesting their BEST out-the-door price to use as my dealership selection criteria. 3 out of the 6 dealerships came in with a comparable price. Napleton was the lowest and offered the BEST seller experience (Marino/Chicago - Adrian was also EXCELLENT but location was worse for me). Based on my overall feeling I chose Napleton. After advising the other dealerships (Zeigler/Schaumburg was my WORST experience) it was like a shark feeding frenzy. They all were willing to beat Napleton's price by a couple of hundred dollars. FYI - Zeigler was initially $3000.00 OVER Napleton and after hearing Napleton's price they tried to undercut Napleton by $500.00 (Why didn't they offer that HUGE cut up-front?). Even though I got that lower price I stuck with Napleton due to the trust level I felt with them. I did NOT confront Napleton with the lower price due to the respect and honesty they showed me. I am not here to nickel and dime anyone (even companies) as I understand they need to make a profit to stay alive. During the finalizing process they could have easily upsold me from the Overland to the High altitude due to the towing package option. They investigated the presence of the towing package on the Overland which was currently off the lot (funny story attached to that). They discovered my selected Overland already had the towing package even though it wasn't on the window sticker. They didn't have to do that as I already told them I would take the High Altitude. They could have easily not double checked and I never would have known. Again, their honesty was apparent. They adjusted the final numbers (after warranty packages were added) to make them work for me. I wound up getting a better deal than they initially offered me by about $800.00 due to that process. They also gave me huge discounts on those warranty packages (I also did my homework on those). I purchased those vehicle protection and extended warranty packages and hopefully look forward to a long-term relationship with Napleton/Arlington Heights. As I said - it could NOT have been better. THANK YOU Napleton/Arlington Heights. I would and will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. More
