Unscrupulous and Unprofessional Total waste of time. After receiving countless phone calls to come in for an upgrade trade. Upon arrival, before making a credit check, I was asked to Total waste of time. After receiving countless phone calls to come in for an upgrade trade. Upon arrival, before making a credit check, I was asked to put down 5 k. On a car that has 8k in rebates. The rebates alone was enough to cover any negative equity. So why such a high outrageous down payment? To convince me to buy some thing that's disappointing. In my opinion, this dealership did not try to work with me or work for me. It boils down to customers being contributions not satisfied consumers. More
