Although I was not eligible to receive all the incentives to meet the advertised price, we were able to come to an agreed upon price in an acceptable amount of time. My Jeep had a minor issue upon delivery related to a warning light, however, Napleton immediately took ownership and put me in a new loaner while my Jeep got addressed. It took longer than expected but Mario and John kept me updated and informed on the status and soon I my Jeep was ready for delivery. All went great and I love our 2019 GC Trailhawk. Huge shout out to my Sales Consultant, John Phelan, and Sales Manager Mario Gentry. They are the primary reason for this 5-star review and the reason I will come back to the dealer for service and my next Jeep.
