Had a great experience I came to Napleton to get numbers for Pacifica but they couldn't get my payments where I needed to be. Impressed!!!! What a wonderful experience! We started at a different dealer about a half hour away from here and were so turned off. They didn’t care about us, didn What a wonderful experience! We started at a different dealer about a half hour away from here and were so turned off. They didn’t care about us, didn’t pick cars that we wanted, and were super pushy. We were just a number to them. We debated continuing our search and found Napleton. We were so worried but were introduced to Jason immediately. We called ahead and gave them the vehicle we were interested in. As soon as we arrived they pulled the car around and we’re ao pleasant. Jason went on our test drive and we knew right away this was the person we were supposed to buy from. He was so sincere and genuine and really knew his stuff. He was easy to talk to and no pressure what so ever. It felt like we knew him forever. The whole process was great and we can honestly say that we will be repeat customers. All I can say is WOW!!! Now I'm happy I came to Napleton on Tuesday to look at a car but apparently went to their FRC location to get lowered and I left upset. but their customer relations I came to Napleton on Tuesday to look at a car but apparently went to their FRC location to get lowered and I left upset. but their customer relations manager called me back and told me that they can get me a better deal for a car with more options which is what I ended up going with. now I'm happy and I got pretty much the car I wanted for a better price. My salesman John was very patient with me and my wife and was very helpful. I left a negative review before but from now on I'm giving 5 Stars Napleton team made every effort to make everything right so now I'm happy More
