Fantastic Customer Service! I was referred to Napleton’s in Arlington Heights from a family member who is also in the auto industry. I was contacted by Jody the GM as well as Ada I was referred to Napleton’s in Arlington Heights from a family member who is also in the auto industry. I was contacted by Jody the GM as well as Adam the GSM. Both gentlemen assured me we were in great hands. That’s when Adam introduced us to Jason. Jason is an awesome person And he was very helpful. We had all three kids with us and he even helped buckle them in when we went for a test drive! He was an essential part in getting us the best deal possible and I could not be any more satisfied. In the end we ended up with a 2015 Yukon Denali and are very happy with our purchase. I’d like to thank Jason and the entire staff at Napleton’s in Arlington Heights for an awesome experience. More
