Zero Customer Service We purchased a Jeep on April 26th. We got approved for the loan, signed all the paperwork and left that day with the Jeep. Fast forward to today June We purchased a Jeep on April 26th. We got approved for the loan, signed all the paperwork and left that day with the Jeep. Fast forward to today June 2nd, we have just gotten our loan funded in the past few days after going back and forth with the finance guy Chris. Our temporary plate expired on May 26th and we still don't have our plates. We have been unable to drive the Jeep for a week now without the plates. This place basically wants to rush you out the door with a sale and do ZERO follow up to finish processing the vehicle. My wife has emailed, called and texted the finance guy Chris easily over a dozen times and all he spews is lies. He has never reached out to us to get this taken care of. We have had to contact him each and every time. I work in the auto industry and have purchased a dozen new vehicles in the past 7 years and Chris hands down has produced the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. His excuses, lies and flat out not doing his job should get him fired. It has been 37 days since we signed papers and we still have ZERO idea who our loan is through, when it is due and no plates to actually drive the vehicle. All we get is more lies. They were suppose to overnight paperwork so we could get our plates on Thursday. Guess what, they didn't and now our paperwork is scheduled to arrive on Monday June 4th approximately 39 days after we signed the paperwork. We haven't been able to drive the vehicle for a solid week now but guess what, I still have to pay the payment. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have been more than patient as it is my wife's car and I have let her handle it up until now. If it were up to me I would have already told them to come get the car as I don't have time to deal or conduct business with people who don't care about their customers. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from Napleton Arlington Heights Jeep. Their only concern is getting vehicles pushed out the door. They attempt to use slimy sales tactics from 20 years ago. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dealership. I will continue to troll their web pages through social media, paid ads, dedicated landing pages and messenger bots letting potential customers know how they conduct business and their lack of customer service. Lastly, I am an easy person to please. I don't ever write reviews on companies or products good or bad. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and just chalk it up as an off day. BUT this dealership has given me no choice as I am fed up. My wife has been in tears over this simple transaction, so they have given me no choice but to go after them through all marketing channels necessary to spread the word. STAY FAR AWAY FROM NAPLETON JEEP!!!!!!!!!!! More

Treated me so nicely and helped me with all my questions and made sure i was feeling comfortable. A week prior I had a horrible expierence with Sherman and dodge and felt the complete opposite at this dealership. They offered me way more money for my trade in then any other dodge dealer that I went to and also had the best price on the Charger I wanted. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family memeber to this dealer and to Jason. could not have had a better car buying expierence. More
