Amazing!!!!! Robert was so unbelievably amazing! I went to one Jeep location and set there for hours! Fresh off of work and it was not good. Was ready to lead home Robert was so unbelievably amazing! I went to one Jeep location and set there for hours! Fresh off of work and it was not good. Was ready to lead home and then decided to go to a Chevy. Right before I got out the car, Vanessa from Napoleon called and assured me my experience would be different! IT WAS! I set with Robert and he had me approved and good to go in half the time i spent at the first place.! Should have went there first.! Robert answered all my questions and was patient.! I highly recommend this place.! I have a bankruptcy and was completely upside down on my trade in and Robert and the rest of the team worked it out for me!
