Dealer was busy that day, but as soon as he became available sales rep Abdul greeted my son and I and got to work right away. I had made an appointment to test drive a specific car that I found on th available sales rep Abdul greeted my son and I and got to work right away. From the beginning he had a "no pressure" approach, for the test drive he suggested a route and let my son and I go on our own. When we got back and decided we wanted the car he got to work on our deal. He was very good at explaining all the add-ons so we could make an informed decision whether we wanted them or not. Once we reached a deal he was very efficient with the paperwork he wanted us to get going asap because it was getting late and we had over an hour drive home and my son had school the next morning. After finalizing our visit with the finance guy our new car was waiting for us, freshly washed and with a full tank of gas!!! I will definitely see Abdul next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. This dealership promotes the negative connotation that goes with selling cars! They use the "bait and switch" technique to bring you in and then don't deliver what was promised. We were assured that the TRX that was advertised was "on-site" and was told the car and "team" would be ready for us. Drove an hour to check it out, no-one was ready for us, and they didn't even have the truck there! Had about 10 different explanations of why, none of them probably true since each person had different stories. Bottom line, we left immediately and ended up going to a different dealer and purchasing from a dealership that values their customers. My advice: Do not waste your time with this dealership! Cannot deliver what they advertise and can't trust their word. By the way, the truck is still listed on their site for sale 2 days after this happened. More
