I wish I could give this place fewer stars. This place is a joke. The managers are a joke. Their sales people will straight up lie to you. After taking your car (if you sold it to them) or signing a contract a joke. The managers are a joke. Their sales people will straight up lie to you. When they have it, they will spit you out. There are plenty of Jeep dealers in the area that are reputable. This is not one of them. Look elsewhere. They have an F on better business bureau. I can only warn you once. They have taken my money and I am left with nothing. More

They have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler for sale and I inquired about it on the listing page. No response. I signed up for texts about the car. Twice. No response. I emailed several times. I filled out the c about it on the listing page. No response. I signed up for texts about the car. Twice. No response. I emailed several times. I filled out the contact form several times. I filled out the customer service form several times. I messaged them on Facebook. I even called and was on hold for 10 minutes and decided I am done waiting. I mean I am a buyer, with money who wants to talk numbers so I can actually PURCHASE a vehicle from them. Nobody, other than a phone call (which I returned and was sick of waiting 10 minutes), has gotten back to me. This is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I mean this is a $53,000 car! If this is the way they treat potential customers who would like to buy a car from them, then lord knows how they treat people when they come in the dealership. I have read some bad reviews about them and they are definitely living up to the reviews. Looks like I will head over the border to Wisconsin and buy a Jeep from Milwaukee. At least they get back to me! More
