Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I went to buy a vehicle that I seen online from this dealership. I called the day before and scheduled a meeting with a set time. When I showed up the next day the vehicle that I seen online from this dealership. I called the day before and scheduled a meeting with a set time. When I showed up the next day the vehicle was not on site. They said they had it in their shop a few miles down the road and they were gone for the day. I told them that I did not drive 1.5 hours one way to not test drive the vehicle after the meeting was already set up. They made some calls and had someone go get the vehicle. When discussing price the salesman went and got the main manager because we couldn't agree on a price. They were trying to ask for $3,000 above the online listed price! They claimed they had to cover the cost of their lot rent fees and the cost to inspect the vehicle before sale. After arguing with them and getting ready to walk out, the manager suddenly was willing to drop the price with a response of fine! Just give it to him! Then he proceeded to storm off. He was very rude. After waiting there 7 hours that day, they said I would have to come back the next day to pick it up so that it could be detailed. Also while there, the manager mario was going into the finance managers offices and literally screaming at them for everyone to hear. They didn't have the vehicle ready until a week later. When I went to pick it up, the transition piece in the back of the fold down seats was broken off. I showed the salesman and he said that they probably did it during detailing but there was nothing he could do about it because they already gave me a good deal on the vehicle. Don't bother going to this dealership. They are scam artists. More

****ALERT*****. This Review corrects a review posted yesterday. This dealership utilizes extremely deceitful practices. We agreed on price, then at each hand off from salesman to manager to financ yesterday. This dealership utilizes extremely deceitful practices. We agreed on price, then at each hand off from salesman to manager to finance they changed the terms. The final time Luke Steele, the finance manager deceitfully agreed to the terms but wrote up different sales amount adding over $1700 in the price and didn't not allow me time to review. He refused to structure the loan as I requested (I wanted to put $2500 down) insisting that I had to finance the entire amount. I plan file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office and with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware! More
