****ALERT*****. This Review corrects a review posted yesterday. This dealership utilizes extremely deceitful practices. We agreed on price, then at each hand off from salesman to manager to financ yesterday. This dealership utilizes extremely deceitful practices. We agreed on price, then at each hand off from salesman to manager to finance they changed the terms. The final time Luke Steele, the finance manager deceitfully agreed to the terms but wrote up different sales amount adding over $1700 in the price and didn't not allow me time to review. He refused to structure the loan as I requested (I wanted to put $2500 down) insisting that I had to finance the entire amount. I plan file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office and with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware! More

They screwed me I am 5 hours away so I had to work the deal out over the phone with Mario. I still have the email where I was promised a walk away price and an intere I am 5 hours away so I had to work the deal out over the phone with Mario. The finance tried to up the interest 1% but thankfully I caught that but what I did NOT catch was they upped the car price 3,000$ on the paper work. Once I got home and noticed this I have tried to call and leave messages with the GM numerous times over the last 3 months with no call back. I guess when something sounds too good to be true, it is. This is very sad and wrong on so many levels. More

Outstanding Service Advisor. My service advisor on Wednesday morning was Yash Thakkar. This was our first meeting and Yash greeted me and reviewed what he would be doing for me. My service advisor on Wednesday morning was Yash Thakkar. This was our first meeting and Yash greeted me and reviewed what he would be doing for me. Yash recorded in basic information from my Pacifica for their computer. Yash said we would do a walk-around the Pacifica. During the walk-around we spotted a problem which I was not aware of at that time. The walk-around proved to be beneficial to me because it saved me a return trip the the dealership about the problem. Yash began the paperwork and took photos. I originally came in for an oil change package and then left with a Pacifica in better condition then when I arrived! Thank you Yash for being thorough when checking in my Pacifica!!!. Bill H. More
Terrible manager, terrible dealership STAY AWAY Absolutely horrible experience. The worst experience we have ever had at a dealership. The salesman was great, but once the sales manager, Mario, got Absolutely horrible experience. The worst experience we have ever had at a dealership. The salesman was great, but once the sales manager, Mario, got involved the experience was terrible. He rushed us into purchasing a car and tried to hide the numbers. He came to us with one offer, we didn't accept it so he went back to obtain another offer and said he would be back. Instead, he never came back and didn't explain his next proposed offer but pushed us into adding more features to the car and even went as far as making us sign financial papers for the car without explaining the details of the offer. Then when we refused to sign and asked for the details, he became furious and called our trade in car "garbage" that "isn't even worth a dollar at a junk yard." Those were his exact words. Please, please look elsewhere for a car and steer clear of this awful place and this awful man who wanted to push us into getting a $24,000 car which would cost us $57,000 in the end for two people who have a 750+ credit scores. I have never in all my years of buying a car, have I ever been so embarrassed and feeling as though I was taken advantage of by wasting 4 hours of my time and then telling me if you want this car, we need more money. Buyer beware, they have some serious issues and have a very good play book around getting you in the door with their internet pricing and offers. They are very good in their tactical approach of managing the internet offer and adding said items which you think are already included. Hand shaks are apparently not honored here, SAD! More
