Bad customer service and bad service department I brought my vehicle in for a noise it was making and In the two months it was there, it was the worst experience I have ever dealt with at a dealer. I brought my vehicle in for a noise it was making and In the two months it was there, it was the worst experience I have ever dealt with at a dealer. I made an appointment so we can test drive it and they did, they said it was the front axle and they ordered it and said they will contact me, they never did. A week later I had to call and make the appointment to get the part put on. On the appointment day I dropped it off and they said they will contact me when it’s done, they didn’t. I had to call because the dealer was about to close and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I went in. They didn’t even start work on it and I had to bring it back home without it being even looked at. I had to wait a day before I can get a loaner. When I finally brought it back it took 2 weeks before they said it was ready. They said it was the front axle. When I picked it up they said they replace only the right side. That is not what they said they were ordering and replacing. When I picked it up it was making the same noise plus another noise it was making before. I turned right back around and dropped it off. It took another two weeks before they had a Chrysler specialist come out and say it was the PTU for the all wheel drive. After another week and installing it I called and they said it’s still making the noise and Chrysler had to come back out to take a look at it. Now it’s the rear axle. More

Great deal on vehicle... run around service I drove 4 hours to purchase a 2019 jeep compass, in the past I've purchased enough vehicles along with my wife... usually in and out in approx 1 hour I drove 4 hours to purchase a 2019 jeep compass, in the past I've purchased enough vehicles along with my wife... usually in and out in approx 1 hour max of an hour and a half... 3 hours ... then to tell me as I am sign the papers .. my jeep is still in ship mode so I cant access anything... couldn't have it unlocked, couldnt get me a loaner... they offered 2 extra oil changes and a tire rotation ... they would personally drop it off on that Monday, call me first thing in the morning ... I ended up having to call them 5 hours after they opened for them to tell me they aren't in yet and they will see if they have time to bring it to me today... extremely disappointed with the run around games. More
