Sexist against women TERRIBLE place to bring your car. Especially if you are a young female. They DISCRIMINATE, are EXTREMELY SEXIST and have the attitude you don't matter. I was TREATED POORLY and with extreme DISRESPECT. I brought my vehicle (still under warranty) in for the engine light being on along with 4 other problems, they kept my vehicle for 5 days and returned it with absolutely nothing fixed. During the time they had my car I had to track them down and constantly try to communicate as NO ONE called me back. I dealt with: SCOTT OWSIANY - when I originally brought my car in, was promised an update and call back- never heard anything. He is a TERRIBLE ADVISER. DOUGLAS ADAMS - I made a formal complaint to him when i picked my car up for the lack of communication. He took over and he promised to assist me, told me on Jan. 2nd 2018 I could bring my car back in on Jan, 3rd 2018 and he would: "Get me into a loaner car, even if he had to pull a new one off the lot, and would drive my vehicle back out to me when it was finished" I called him on Jan. 3rd 2018 - only to find out he wasn't even working that day - and called him twice, left two voicemails. With no response. LISA PUGH-WILLIAMS I spoke to her on Jan 3rd 2018 explained ALL of my issues she assured me she would help "I will personally give you a call back in the next few minutes" (This was around 2/3 pm - I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK) -when I followed up with her the next day, she stated she did follow up because she had someone else follow up with me and call me back. - CLEARLY LISA DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH NOR DOES ANYONE ELSE WHO WORKS HERE. MICHAEL JOZWIAK I spoke to him on Jan. 4th 2018 stated I would have to bring my car back in, I said I was unable to bring it back in, and would like someone to bring out a loaner car to my work and pick up my vehicle. He stated "we do not offer that service" (A service Douglas Adams had told me he would do..) SOMEONE IS BEING UNTRUTHFUL AND LYING ABOUT SERVICES THEY OFFER. During the conversation with MICHAEL JOZWIAK I stated I needed more assistance with this issue I asked him to compensate me some way for all the time and trouble. He said no. He stated "You did not purchase your car here were not compensating you anything for your trouble." HE TOLD ME "TAKE YOUR CAR BACK TO ZEIGLER (Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg, IL)" Over all this is the WORST place for a young female to bring her car in alone. They proved the stereotype that young women can't walk into car dealerships without being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST and DISRESPECTED. These men at Napleton's hide like 'SCARED LITTLE GIRLS' and don't have the "MANHOOD" or professional courtesy to return calls. DO NOT bring your car here or buy a car from them - you WILL REGRET IT. More

Great Guy. Great Dealership. Contacted David about purchasing running boards for my wife's 2017 Grand Cherokee. Explained that it was going to be a surprise Christmas gift for he Contacted David about purchasing running boards for my wife's 2017 Grand Cherokee. Explained that it was going to be a surprise Christmas gift for her. David help on this was way beyond belief. He not only help find the correct running boards, he helped schedule to have them installed. He contacted the wife to convince her to let me drop it off for a free check up. The next day when we went to pick the vehicle up, he kept her occupied so it could be brought inside. She was beyond surprise. Everyone at the dealership kept a great surprise. I will always go here for service or maybe my forth new car. Way to go David and Napelton's. More

I arrived for my appointment time and was told they don't have the pa Scheduled a recall on my Jeep which is at least 6 so far in the past few years. I arrived for my appointment time and was told they don't have the parts to fix the the problem. Why schedule a time for a recall fix if you don't have the parts; it is not hard to put the part aside for the scheduled customer recall? I was rudely informed that they don't have the part and was not approached in a professional manner just yelled at across the service entrance. No apology and request to set-up a new time to fix their recall issue. I called to have a discussion with the service manager and was informed that he would call me back in 5 minutes; well it is over 3 hours later and I have not had anyone call me back. The recalls are because of their issues and they choose to treat customers in a negative manner. I would have provided a zero star rating if that was an option. More
Service department deception Recently took my car for multi point inspection, tire rotation, and brake inspection. Paid for rotation and inspection. Was told I needed pads and rot Recently took my car for multi point inspection, tire rotation, and brake inspection. Paid for rotation and inspection. Was told I needed pads and rotors in front, shocks, all fluids flushed, and cabin, engine filter replaced. I declined service for a second opinion since I just had brakes done in front a few months prior. I went to local shop where they check front brakes said they had a lot of life left and the rotors were also good. They said however they never inspected my rear drums because they needed to be heated to remove them so they didn't even bother to do it at napelton. My back brakes did need replacement. As for the fluids they were all ok and the shocks also were good. This dealer tells you to replace and service everything not covered by warranty over $2000 worth of work they said I needed. I do not recommend going here. More

Witnessed a large disagreement between two employees which made me just want to leave instead of trading in my truck for a new one. I told myself that I would never return in 1/2016 but I was sucked in again in 1/2017. Among other things the interior of my 2015 RAM was dirty as I had delivered to them clean and the loaner was on empty.Was told to bring it back with fuel in it or $5.30 per gallon would be charged to me,so they had fuel on me for the next person to burn up. Also a macho man salesman bumped into me and was rude and just walked on with out saying a word.Thanks. More
