I ‘d brought my Ram ProMaster 2017 for motor replacement. My vehicle never had any oil or fluid leaks before that . After motor replacement there were oil and antifreeze leaks. They fixed antifreeze leak and My vehicle never had any oil or fluid leaks before that . After motor replacement there were oil and antifreeze leaks. They fixed antifreeze leak and said that everything is fine. But I still saw a oil leak . After next inspection they found power steering fluid leak. Dealership refused to take responsibility to correct problem, saying I should pay for it. During the motor replacement mechanic accidentally hit power steering connection and why it was leaking fluid. They said that that 400,000 miles on odometer and anything is possible. But before change the motor , there were no any leaks. Management of this dealership is suck. When I brought my van for oil change by appointment, they always move my van out on parking lot, where it set for 45-60 minutes. When I asked them why we set appointment, they always said we can’t do it. I do not recommend to anyone to bring your vehicle for service to Napleton’s Chrysler. Do not waste Your time and money. I came in for a simple recall on the airbags. It ended up being a total of 4 appointments spanning over a 10 week period to get my airbags replaced. When I made the original appointment I was clear on what I being a total of 4 appointments spanning over a 10 week period to get my airbags replaced. When I made the original appointment I was clear on what I needed, and I made the appointment for a week away so they could get parts. They did not order parts and I was not called, so I was sent away and called back in a week later. On appointment 2, I waited 5 hours when I was told it would take 2 hours. Then I found out that only the passenger side airbag was replaced. They claimed to have ordered the correct parts, but recieved 2 passenger side airbags. They assured me that it wouldn't be long before they could finish. Over a month later I had to call them to see if my part was in. The following day they managed to find the time to call me back. They claimed that they ordered it but had no idea when it would be there. 2 days later I was called to make another appointment. This time I was told 1.5 hours, but 3 hours later the job still isn't done. They claimed the part was faulty and they needed to order a new one. Amazinging it only took 2 days for the part to arrive and finally today I have working airbags. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealership for anything in the future! More

I'd give no stars if possible..brought my car in for a recall this morning ..drove 32 miles round trip in rush hour traffic plus the 4 tolls I had to pay for a service appointment set up over a week ago a recall this morning ..drove 32 miles round trip in rush hour traffic plus the 4 tolls I had to pay for a service appointment set up over a week ago at which time I was told would take 5 to 6 hours. Got there to be told we have no loaner for you..you have got to be kidding..not only that but the attitude was oh well sorry..do you want to wait for your car, I'll try and push you to the front of the line...really! Like who the heck is going to sit there for 5 hours. Not to mention I have a situation which I explained when I made the appointment that it was imperative that I have a loaner to get home as soon as possible and was assured it would be taken care of. NOT!! I have had so many problems with this dealership and am continually disappointed not to mention just plain pissed off today! Please.note I HAD to choose an employee to submit this review. This has no reflection on the person I chose ..never met him More
