The worst customer service experience ever I mad a service appointment 1 week ago to bring my car in for it's first oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. When a service advisor finally greeted me, I was told that their appointment schedule got messed up and it cancelled all appointments and that it would take at least 2 hours for an oil change. I even showed him the text confirmation I received only to have my advisor shrug his shoulders, and say, "as I said everything got cancelled" I was already there so I decided to go ahead and wait. I waited 45 minutes, and hadn't seen my car even move from the spot in the service drive. I decided that it was stupid to wait and went back out to cancel my appointment. Standing there again with no assistance until someone finally came up to assist me. When I told him I'd rather not wait, and that 2 hours for an oil change was ridiculous, he just took the ticket out of my car, and handed me my keys back. All he said was,"you'll have to back out, and I'll open the door for you" Not any apology. I will never go back and all I can say is...BAM....YOU SUCK More

Very disappointed! I bought Ram 1500 from dealer 2013 and at 60000 had brakes, rotors replaced all around and flushed break line. This cost a ton and just a few weeks over a year breaks are grinding and they at 60000 had brakes, rotors replaced all around and flushed break line. Why did they tell me to make an appointment if they can't keep their appointments?!? This used to be the dealership that I recommended to EVERYONE. Not any more. Seems like all the good employees are leaving. More

I made an appointment so we can test drive it and they did, they said it was the front axle and they ordered it and said they will contact me, they never did. A week later I had to call and make the appointment to get the part put on. On the appointment day I dropped it off and they said they will contact me when it’s done, they didn’t. I had to call because the dealer was about to close and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I went in. They didn’t even start work on it and I had to bring it back home without it being even looked at. I had to wait a day before I can get a loaner. When I finally brought it back it took 2 weeks before they said it was ready. They said it was the front axle. When I picked it up they said they replace only the right side. That is not what they said they were ordering and replacing. When I picked it up it was making the same noise plus another noise it was making before. I turned right back around and dropped it off. It took another two weeks before they had a Chrysler specialist come out and say it was the PTU for the all wheel drive. After another week and installing it I called and they said it’s still making the noise and Chrysler had to come back out to take a look at it. Now it’s the rear axle. More

Jason who sold me the car was extremely knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. I would also like to give a special shout out to the service center. Kevin, Todd, Jerome, and ofcourse Douglas have always been extremely accommodating, helpful, and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly enjoy working with any of them and have no issue going that extra mile to get my car serviced there. Overall the Napeltons family as a whole does a great job of making me feel like a valued customer which is why I will always choose them. When I think car buying I think Napeltons. Dropped off the car 1st thing in the AM before work...was kindly shuttled to my office 10 mins away...oil change was done in and hour and thirty minutes...got picked up from office to pick up my car...picked up my car all nice n clean and was all back at work by 1030am! No customer service Brought my 16 Town & Country into service department as the paint on the hood was bubbling. Joe in service briefly looked at the vehicle and said there was nothing he could do, out of warranty and suggested it was probably due to salt. No photos taken, no assistance given. Called Chrysler, rep was confused on why dealer did not assist and offered that photos had to be submitted for review. Would not go back to this dealer, called and talked to another local dealer. As soon as I said hood was bubbling, service manager was able to tell me where the damage was without even seeing the vehicle. Advised me it was a well known defect with T&C models. He requested I bring the vehicle in, did so, and he immediately approved the corrosion warranty work. Within 1 week of contacting the new dealer, my vehicle issue has been resolved. I have to say that it was a blessing in disguise that I was treated so poorly at this dealer. Because now I have found a dealer that actually wants me as a customer and has earned my business. More
