Daniel is one of the best sales guys I’ve encountered in a very long time. We looked at a few cars and once I landed on a car I actually wanted to buy he not only made the process so easy and hassle free, h a very long time. Let me start by saying when things are not perfect in the world in which we are currently living, my husband and I had the most amazing experience with Alina(Sales). From the moment I reached out via email Alina made her self available. They keep me and my husband in the loop, when the first car we saw was sold. Alina assured me they had something we would like. Between Alina, Perry, and the Dora we felt like we were amongst family. Perry (GM) is the face of the business and let me tell you, he’s certainly an example for those that are watching him lead. We didn’t need a car, we wanted a car, at anytime we could have walked away, but because of their customer service we couldn’t (didn’t) leave without a car. Dora (finance manager) did an amazing job providing use with the information we need to make an informed decision. We weren’t pressured to add on additional things we made the decision that made since for us. Salesperson Sebastian told me the car for sale was a 9/10 and it was at best a 5/10. Drive from out of state 3.5 hours and asked multiple times about the condition of the vehicle. You'd think an Aston Marti and it was at best a 5/10. Drive from out of state 3.5 hours and asked multiple times about the condition of the vehicle. You'd think an Aston Martin dealership would have better standards. Thankfully the manager at least realized the condition of the car and apologized but the salesperson continued to say 9/10 when it was clearly not. Wasted trip. Do not work with Sebastian and if driving from far ask for pictures of literally every inch of the car. Their "best detailer in town" did a really terrible job and buffed thru the clear coat snd didn't even wash the vehicle. The fact he is a manager is sickening. More
