Napleton's Aston Martin Downers Grove

Salesperson Sebastian told me the car for sale was a 9/10 and it was at best a 5/10. Drive from out of state 3.5 hours and asked multiple times about the condition of the vehicle. You'd think an Aston Martin dealership would have better standards. Thankfully the manager at least realized the condition of the car and apologized but the salesperson continued to say 9/10 when it was clearly not. Wasted trip. Do not work with Sebastian and if driving from far ask for pictures of literally every inch of the car. Their "best detailer in town" did a really terrible job and buffed thru the clear coat snd didn't even wash the vehicle. The fact he is a manager is sickening. More

Napleton AM was accommodating to my traveling from out-of-state to purchase a vehicle, paying for my flight and picking me up from the airport. Upon driving the ~7 hours home the infotainment system crashed every 10 minutes without fail, and when pressed for help on getting it repaired ($325) my request was denied since they “inspect their vehicles for safety, not the infotainment systems.” Overall a fine experience, but the negative bits I’ve heard about Napleton dealerships proved to be mostly true. More

I have bought a lot of cars over the recent years, as I have three 20-something year-old boys, and this was the most professional dealership I've dealt with. Aimee was very efficient in getting all my paperwork set before I even entered the floor and the car was actually cleaned and ready for me before I walked into the dealership. I didn't have to request the test drive she was ready to go and I must stress how stress free, pun intended, this whole process was.
