I had been to a few other dealerships that day and the day before and got pressured to buy the vehicles I was looking at. I ended up test driving a vehicle with Steve that just didn’t suit me and instead of trying to talk me into that vehicle, he was completely understanding. He didn’t try to push any other vehicles that I wasn’t interested in and I really appreciated that. Before I was about to leave, he did tell me about a vehicle they had in stock that I was going to look at at another lot and just asked if I wanted to test drive it. He reminded me that there was no pressure to do so. Because of how calm and understanding he was, I decided to test drive the vehicle because I was already there. I ended up buying the vehicle because I fell in love with it! I had a great buying experience and would recommend anyone to work with Steve! More

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and upon arrival I was semi impressed. Although renovations were being made at the time, it was a nice dealership and the customer service was great but upon arrival I was semi impressed. Although renovations were being made at the time, it was a nice dealership and the customer service was great but after I purchased my vehicle I received my warranty paperwork in the mail a few weeks later which was not what we agreed to or what I had paid for so I reached out and spoke to the finance department manager who sold me the extended warranty. He agreed there was an error and said they would take care of it immediately but after several weeks later, multiple phone calls and emails I have not received any follow up correspondence from them in almost 90 days. Most of the calls now get transferred to voicemail but never returned. I would be very careful when purchasing or extending your warranty with this dealership because the terms and agreement you pay for may not be what you get and your calls may get ignored once the sell has been completed! More
